Store Credit & Gift Cards

Our store credit is in the form of a gift card and will be sent via email. Orders placed using Store credits are not applicable for another return or exchange. 

What is a Store Credit/Gift Card and how do I get it?
Store Credit/Gift Card is a type of virtual fund that can be applied to a future order. They may be issued for a variety of reasons and in varying amounts. Store Credit/Gift Cards will be sent via email.

How long are Store Credit/Gift Cards valid for?
Our Store Credit/Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase/receive. Store Credit/Gift Cards will receive an email notification with code to use at checkout.

How can I use a Store Credit/Gift Card/Promo Code?
When you’re ready to checkout and are looking at the items in your cart, please go to - Proceed to Checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

Can a Store Credit/Gift Card use more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

How do I check my Gift Card/Store Credit balance?
You can view the balance of your gift card from the original email sent to you, the balance will be printed on our receipts and any follow-up receipts as well. If you lose your gift card email or code, email us at hello@white-layers.com and we will send you an updated gift card.

Can I use a Gift Card/Store Credit and a Promo Code on the same Order?
Yes! You can use a promo code and also your Gift Card in the same order. Gift Cards are a valid form of payment regardless of using a promo code.

What can I do if my Gift Card/Store Credit/Promo Code isn’t working?
They are case sensitive so please check your caps lock. If you are still having trouble applying your Gift Card/Store Credit/Promo Code, please contact our customer care team at hello@white-layers.com .

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

Store Credits & Gift Cards that expired will strictly not be refunded in cash.
