• All backorders placed are strictly not cancellable/refundable.
• The dates of arrival stated are based on estimation. We will update the status on this page once the stocks arrive.
• For all backorders outside of Malaysia and Singapore, if other instock item(s) are placed together in the same order, all items will only be dispatched when the backorder item arrives. If you would like your instock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly place a separate order for instock item(s) and backorder item(s).
