What currency is used on our website?
Our currency is set to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. You can change it to your preferred currency at the top-right portion of our website.
You can choose between Singaporean Dollar (SGD), US Dollar (USD), Australian Dollar (AUD), British Pound Sterling (GBP) and The Euro (EUR) to see an estimated conversion of the prices in your preferred currency.

As our Payment Gateway provider is based in Malaysia, at Check Out page, your payment will be processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the conversion is handled by your financial institution to your local currency at the lowest rate possible. Please use the currency conversion tool on our website as an estimate.

How do I place an order?
It’s super easy! Just follow our step by step guide below:
1. Browse our collections, when you’ve found something you like, select the size that fits you and click on the add to cart button below.
2. You may continue shopping or complete your order by viewing your shopping cart on the top right corner and click checkout.
3. Fill in your personal information that is required
4. Double check to make sure the email address, shipping address and contact number is correct.
5. Select your preferred delivery method. For more information you may Click Here.
6. Pick your payment method. You can find out more information regarding our payment methods below this page.
7. Confirm your order and you’re good to go!

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is successful within an hour. If you have not received your order confirmation via email, please check your order by logging into your account on our website. Kindly check your junk/spam folder to make sure that you receive the order confirmation.

Do I need to register to shop?
We recommend you to register with us before making a purchase so that it’s much easier for you to trace back your purchases. It also speeds up the ordering process for you as we would already have your billing and shipping details. However, you may still checkout as a guest but you won’t be able to find your order details and tracking number at our store without registering an account with us.

1. On desktop, click on the Account button on the top right corner. On mobile, go to the MENU ☰ on the top left corner and click on the Account Button.

2. You will be redirected to our login page. Below the login button, you should be able to see - Don't have an account? Create one . Click on the “Create one” button 

3. Fill in your information and click on Create an account.

4. Verify that you’re not a robot by clicking on the box beside "I’m not a robot" and Submit.

5. You can start to use your account to shop with us. Enjoy shopping!

What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards/Debit Cards
We accept payments from all major cards including Visa and MasterCard. To checkout using your Credit or Debit Card, select PayPal as your payment method (You do not need to have a PayPal account) instead of logging in, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

Online Banking (FPX)
White-Layers accepts Online Banking payments from all major banks in Malaysia including Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB bank, HSBC Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Alliance Bank, RHB and many more.

Store Credit and Gift Cards
You can also use store-credit or a gift card. Each gift card and store-credit carries an individual code you can easily enter when completing the checkout. They both expire after 12 months and may be combined with promotions.

Why are my credit/debit card details not being accepted at checkout?
Oh no! Sorry you're having troubles using your credit/debit card.

 Please make sure your credit card is not blocking your purchase.
