Are our items self-manufactured?
Yes! All of our items are exclusively designed in-house and manufactured in our overseas factories. All our materials are hand-picked, we only source the most beautiful fabrics and prints to offer you the best products.
How do I know if an item is going to be restocked?
Most of our items won’t be restocked as it would depend on various factors such as the fabric availability, current trends and also the minimum manufacture quantity. All our items are manufactured with limited quantities, so if you really like something, don't think twice, buy them while they’re still available!
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE Shipping for orders from Malaysia. For Singapore and all International orders, please refer to the table Here for FREE Shipping.
Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-2 business days (Malaysian Orders), 1-3 business days (Singapore Orders), or 4-12 business days (International Orders) of its ship date. Shipping times may vary and delay could be subjected to custom clearance for international orders, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Is my order successful?
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is successful within an hour. If you have not received your order confirmation via email, please check your order by logging into your account on our website. Kindly check your junk/spam folder to make sure that you receive the order confirmation. You may email us at hello@white-layers.com if you have not received your order confirmation.
Can I change my Order?
Our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed, if you contact our team straight away we can update/cancel your order. Once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any changes.
How can I track my item?
Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation via email, along with tracking details for your order.
What do I do if I received an incorrect or defective item?
We truly apologize if the item sent to you is damaged/defective. If you receive and item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately via email at hello@white-layers.com . Please email with your order number and a photo of the incorrect or defect item. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement for you.
How long are Store Credit/Gift Cards valid for?
Our Store Credit/Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase/receive. Store Credit/Gift Cards will receive an email notification with code to use at checkout. For more information about how our Store Credit/Gift Card works, Click Here.
Should I Register an account?
We recommend you to register with us before making a purchase so that it’s much easier for you to trace back your purchases. It also speeds up the ordering process for you as we would already have your billing and shipping details. However, you may still checkout as a guest but you won’t be able to find your order details and tracking number on our website without registering an account with us.
So how do i register?
It’s super easy! Just follow our step by step guide below:
1. On desktop, click on the Account button on the top right corner. On mobile, go to the MENU ☰ on the top left corner and click on the Account Button.
2. You will be redirected to our login page. Below the login button, you should be able to see - Don't have an account? Create one . Click on the “Create one” button
3. Fill in your information and click on Create an account.
4. Verify that you’re not a robot by clicking on the box beside I’m not a robot and Submit.
5. You can start to use your account to shop with us. Enjoy shopping!
Will I have to pay for customs & duties?
We ship from Malaysia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
