We offer FREE Shipping for orders from Malaysia. For International orders, please refer to the table below for FREE Shipping.

*We try to keep the shipping fees as low as possible. The shipping cost will be calculated by weight and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.

How long is the processing time?
All orders placed will be processed and shipped out within 24hours. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

How fast is your shipping?
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-2 business days (Malaysia Orders), 1-3 business days (Singapore Orders) or 4-12 business days (International Orders) of its ship date. Shipping times may vary and delay could be subjected to peak periods, external reasons from our courier partners and custom clearance, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation via email, along with tracking details for your order.

Do you ship to international PO boxes?
Sorry, we can’t ship to international PO boxes yet. If you entered an international PO box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

Will I have to pay for customs & duties?
We ship from Malaysia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our team at hello@white-layers.com as soon as possible so that we can correct your address. Once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any changes.
