Returns & Exchanges
White-Layers offers easy returns or exchanges on all items. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return. Please ensure you read full Returns Policy before purchasing.
All Returns & Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Item/s must be returned or exchanged within 5 working days of receiving your purchase. If 5 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with their tags attached in their original condition. It must also be in the original packaging together with the receipt.
- Returns can only made one time per order number. Any orders made with Store Credit cannot be returned the second time.
- All Returns must include the Return Form. You may download and print the Return Form Here.
- Orders purchased with Store Credit may not be returned.
- Sale, Discounted items and Gift Cards purchased may not be returned.

White-Layers monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the conditions above are not met. Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund will be sent back to you at your own expense.
How do I return an order?
It’s simple! You can make a return using any method that is most convenient to you.
Return Via Post Office.
- Print the Return Form Here.
- Fill out the Return Form & package your items with the Return Form back in the original packaging.
- Take the parcel to a local post office or courier and pay for postage to have the parcel sent to us.

*Customers are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When & How do I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will email your refund in Store Credit within 3 working days. Our Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for any return orders. To find out more information about our Store Credit, please Click Here.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. White-Layers does not cover the cost of returns and takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We recommend you to return your item/s using the most cost effective shipping that includes tracking as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by White-Layers.
Do you charge a return fee?
Yes, a small return fee of RM6 will be charged for each returned order. You will receive an email of your refund in Store Credit minus the RM6 return fee. For Singapore customers, the return fee is 8 SGD per item. For International customers, the return fee is 10 USD per item.
Can I exchange an item from my order?
Yes you can! If you want to exchange an item for another size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible, within 1-2 working days.
Exchanges of a different colour or item is allowed, however please note that if you wish to exchange to a different colour or item, you will be refunded in store credit minus a small return fee (shipping charges).
Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the item/s that you wish to exchange. If the item you want is out of stock, you will be refunded in store credit (minus) a small return fee. Please ensure that returned items fulfill our Returns Policy.
*Note: White-Layers only covers the cost of shipping the exchange product back to you (Only applicable for Malaysian customers) and takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of an exchange. We do not cover the shipping cost needed to ship the product back to us. We recommend you to return your item/s using the most cost effective shipping that includes tracking as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by White-Layers. Only items that are defective or damaged will be replaced without any charges. We truly apologize if the item sent to you is damaged/defective. If you receive and item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com .
What if my return is late?
All returns that are late are ineligible for return and will be strictly declined.
If you have any questions or comments, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . Will will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible, within 1-2 working days.
If items do not meet the Returns criteria but are still insisted on being sent back, the item will be mailed back to the sender after a top-up of a delivery fee. If this is refused, item will be donated to a charity of White-Layer's choice.
- There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the size measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. This is normal for all clothing products. Please do check the measurements given in our products page and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com for our recommendations.
- Due to studio lighting or the monitor’s display, colour of actual products might appear slightly different to those shown on the website. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the website. Please allow 20% of colour variation in product shown on the website as compared to actual products. All returns due to this reason will be not be accepted.
- For lace or printed items, the lace/print may vary in terms of alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect and will not be accepted.
